- monitoring
Between approximately 02:50 and 16:54 UTC on September 27, requests for public website pages did not complete and visitors saw a timeout error. Account sign-in, the client portal, and support contact pages remained available. The cause was a request-handling fault on the origin that left the server reporting healthy while pages hung. Service was restored at 16:54 UTC and a permanent fix was released the same day. Monitoring for this service now checks real page delivery rather than an internal health endpoint so a recurrence is detected within three minutes.
